The Museum as a Whole

In 2007 a new Jewish center was created on St. Jakobs Platz in the heart of Munich. This guided tour of the highlights looks at the architectural ensemble on the square as well as special features in the Jewish Museum Munich itself. The permanent exhibition Voices_Places_Times deals with individual questions related to Jewish history past and present, as well as religious life in Munich. Further aspects are examined in more detail in the temporary exhibitions.
